Terms & conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. Stays, bookings and property-management services are governed by separate written agreements, which take precedence over anything here.
About these terms
This website is operated by McIlvenna Properties Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16734799 (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Property information
Descriptions, measurements, floor plans, photographs, walking times and other details about the homes in our collection are provided in good faith as a general guide. They are not a survey, an offer, or part of any contract, and may change without notice.
Floor areas are approximate gross internal areas and floor plans are not to scale. Photographs show the homes as furnished at the time they were taken; furnishings and finishes may differ.
Availability shown or implied on the website is indicative only. A stay is confirmed only when we have agreed it with you in writing and any required payment has been received.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation on either side. Any stay you subsequently book is subject to our booking terms, house rules and any guest agreement provided at the time, including rules on occupancy, deposits, cancellation and conduct.
Property-management services for homeowners are provided under a separate management agreement.
Using the website
You may browse the website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
- Copy, scrape or republish the photographs, floor plans or text without our written permission
- Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing, spam or anything unlawful
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

Liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
