About
Houses we know room by room.
McIlvenna Properties manages a curated collection of homes across some of London's most desirable postcodes, including Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. Combining local expertise with a commitment to exceptional service, we deliver a seamless experience for both guests and homeowners.
How we work
Few houses, full attention.
We deliberately keep the collection small. Each house is known to us room by room, and each owner and guest deals with the same people throughout. That is how a townhouse in Belgravia or a mews in South Kensington stays the way it should.
The company is led by Owen McIlvenna. Enquiries come to him directly.
Get in touchDiscretion
Private houses in residential streets. We keep them that way.
Presentation
Every arrival is to a house that looks as it does in the photographs.
Honesty
Plain advice to owners on what a house can earn and what it needs.
Presence
We are in these neighbourhoods every day, not managing from afar.
